The Citizen Traffic Request Form is used to describe traffic concerns.

The Engineering Property Status Inquiry Request Form is used to get information on Subdivision Agreements, easements and municipally maintained roadways. There is a fee associated with this Request Form.

Use this form to request confirmation that your business or use conforms with the City's Zoning By-law.

Request to have a flag flown at City Hall (Leger Square).

Request an inspection for building permit. Please note that the building official will contact you to coordinate the inspection within 48 hours of receiving the inspection request.

Facility Permit Application Form, Park & Facility Rentals and Special Events

This form is required in order to make a formal presentation to Council during Meetings of Council.

An application form to allow Oversized Vehicles to use City roads. Route and Load information as well as a Certificate of Insurance is required.
